Our approach to sustainable production is founded on locally adaptable agroecological principles. We produce food that is grown organically, is free of artificial enhancements, and divorced from some of the pitfalls of industrialized agriculture. We also seek to develop and use agroecological farming systems that are driven by knowledge-intensive management and are interrelated and consistent with natural ecosystems.
